The purpose of this bag is to build your speed, reaction time, and rhythm. Bars used to tighten down that attaches to spring unscrew every so often but I may put blue lock tight which will fix that problemThe main ball that you hit ripped after 1 1/2 months of use . The media could not be loaded.

This bag is not durable and definitely not Gym quality! The bag is as advertised, it works great very fun and sturdy to hit. I have a lot of respect for RINGSIDE products. This has only been in the gym 3 weeks and it’s already falling apart!

Are they bear knuckle punching it? It's a great addition to my boxing workouts and it defiantly worth every penny. Maybe used it a total of 25 times. I’m not sure if there’s a replacement for it.

Overall decent piece of equipment that works well,but overpriced for all the issues But for a $300+ piece of equipment I expect a little more durability.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. BUT the bag part it’s self has fully ripped off after less than 3 months of use. Equipment is easy to assemble, though water is easier to fill. The hole that’s used to fill is small so you have to have fine sand.

This is a high-end bag that I see in a lot of gyms. MAN does it get me sweating. It’s a good boxing tool. Hopefully they send a replacement part because $250 was lot to drop on this for not very much use at all.
