Our local Supermarket no longer has then so I was pleased to see Amazon did and I bought a tray of each flavour. That way the noodles are fully reconstituted and you get half a pot of spicy broth left if you eat the noodles first. All the flavours are good, the green curry is the spiciest and the feel good chicken the mellowest but still packs a punch.
Go Ko Lee, go Bang Bang Noodles! The Ruby Murray curry is a good middle ground and starting point for a Bang Bang newbie. I always have a bread roll on hand to break up and drop in.
Make sure you add all the flavour sachets and oil first then mix really well after you add the water and again before you eat then you will experience your Bang Bang at its very best. The secret, and this is important, is to overfill them beyond the fill level and leave them for at least 15-20 minutes before you eat them.
I’ve been a vocal advocate of Bang Bang Noodles for some time and have them for lunch at work most days. That way the whole experience is more filling and those lomtics of bread soaked in the residual broth verge on a spiritual experience.
