I’ve been making the cook ahead lunchboxes for my teenage girls to take to school and loads of their friends have asked for the recipes. This is currently my favourite cook book. There's lots of options here, but our favourites in a household of veggies are; Baked gnocci (crispy and chewy) and many of the pulses recipes. Flavours on most of the recipes we've tried are punchy but not overpowering.

There’s soooo many recipes I love in this book. All the recipes I’ve tried from the book have been a hit.

This is a fantastic cook book! The salmon dish on the cover is a regular creation as is the one with the chipolata sausages and the cauliflower and kale bake.

The Quick Roasting Tin gives you your time back. What a wonderful book where your oven does all the work after just minimum effort by you. The simple premise of everything in a pan and throw it in the oven is perfect for busy families.

I know for sure it’s going to be a book that’s used again and again and again. I've cooked 3 dishes now from the book. The chocolate chip cookies, the chicken , leek and chorizo pie and the Scandi style meatballs and am very impressed.
