They were shocked how fast it was and the price, now they use Amazon like everybody else. After nearly 2 weeks I haven't needed to clean inside as much but the outside mirror door does get messy with finger prints on it so do wipe that down now oftenBesides that the functions of pre cook settings are the same as my previous so easy to use. The picture is after a year of use.

Definitely worth reading the manual though. I really wanted a 900W model for faster cooking, but actually this seems to cook just as fast despite being a lower wattage, I guess due to the clever way it dissipates the microwaves. Always when reheating food I tend to use setting 50 for 2-3 mins then 100 for 2 mins so it gently works to heat food from the inside out. Love the idea of flatbed now.

It is reliable, easy to clean, modern looking and hard wearing. Also this is a little smaller than my old one so extra space is a plus. If as always heating at just high 100 will have food hot but cold elsewhere because it's rushed. Really depends what your heating but I've found a technique which works everytime.

Love the clock and the pre-set featureDislike - 800w plus no turntable does mean that you have to warm the food up a little longer (30secs - about 2 mins longer, depending on what it is) than you would with a 900w I would have gone for higher wattage if I could have found a RH one in the same colour and style. The media could not be loaded. This microwaves works extremely well heating food properly.

Likes - the flatbed is easy to use and easy to clean. I was a little apprehensive at first about spending so much money on a microwave, but I wanted something stylish and this would work well with my square plates.
