It is externally reinforced so I know it’s strong and it won’t interfere with the animal inside, is opaque which will reduce stress and the locks will prevent any escapes. So I dont think it was a fault with the seller etc. Always use rubs (really useful boxs) for my baby snakes as many top breeders do also. I was looking for a tub to turn into a feeding/transport/quarantine box for reptiles, I’m sure drilling holes in a plastic tub won’t interfere with the structural integrity of the container that much but I don’t have to worry about that with this.

I managed to fit in tons of items, leaving room for even more. Exactly what I needed. Really good solid box which I would reccomend, unfortunately mine came with a small chunk bashed out of it - as seen in the photo, however the delivery box looked pretty beat up on arrival! You can see I love these boxes, they are the best boxes I have bought
