Revolver typically ranks near the top of most critic and fan favorites. However it only appears misprinted on the outer box which holds the felt turntable mat and the correctly printed record sleeve. I ordered the same day.

The packaging is just gorgeous and of course this album is amazing and so fun to listen on vinyl. Great reissue sound is amazing beautifully packaged a real keeper. My pressing has no noticeable flaws, and arrived without damage. "Rain", in particular, finally brings John Lennon's psychedelically-channeled vocal to the stereo center where it belongs.

To hear the separation of instruments from the same tracks is a technological breakthrough that opens doors for still more Beatles projects. I was pretty excited when this box set was announced.

Also great new discovery regarding the semi-autobiographical song evolution of ‘Yellow Submarine’. Also liking the extra detail from the half speed mastering process that I’ve been seeing around more and more lately.

That being said… all the records sounded fine (sorry to sound snobby but it’s my review). Song recording details are consistently comprehensive. The 7” was missing, so I ordered another and Amazon was helpful there and not their fault.

This is an album (and single) full of amazing John Lennon-Paul McCartney compositions, 3 gems from George Harrison, and a kiddies-singalong that is sung beautifully by Ringo Starr in his own unique and honest voice. If you're a Beatlesfan, a MUST BUY. The box and the book were really nice as well. The package itself, like all of the other Beatles deluxe sets is amazing.

The mono mix from analogue sources is pretty killer as well. The book alone commands a high price tag. This package (Super Deluxe - 5 cds) starts with Disc #1 which is the new stereo remix of the classic 1966 album.
