The separate press and pec arms mean you can perform each exercise without leaving your seat - no need for fiddly mechanism changes! From the pull up station and VKR, to seated leg press and lateral pull down, this multi gym provides a full body workout in the comfort of your own home. The translucent weight stack shroud, whilst looking great, also provides an additional safety feature and also features York's unique Y-frame design for increased support and stability. Depending on the exercise, the maximum resistance for this unit is 54kg. A spring collar is included to safely secure the plates. All the parts are set out clearly and assembly is logical but you have to carefully follow the directions. Says it needs two people but can be done alone. Fantastic product , easy to assemble (it’s got all screws packed separately and marked for each step that you do from the manual ) , very sturdy and definitely does the job! When fully built I had a few small things wrong - the cables took me a couple of efforts but soon fixed things.

However overall brilliant, does lots of different things and fairly stable on garage floor (I have backed against the wall for safety). Excellent product from good manufacturer and amazing value for money.
