Used it twice so far after showering 🧼 However, I notice a big difference when I follow the routine religiously. My skin is noticeably less dry,itchy,and I don't have as many red kp bumps. Pros: it works for my kp it has reduced apparence of scars I have from picking at my kp as a teen.

The dermatologist was right. (On the package it says 1-2x weekly max): First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub Exfoliant for Keratosis Pilaris with 10% AHA-I use a Salicylic Acid Scrub Soap the other five days a week: 3x a week I just rub it on my arms, leave it on for 10-15 seconds and wash off. Adding regular lotion to my skin only seemed to clog my pores more which led to more KP. Whoa!
