However, Lelo has stood by their warranty and approved a replacement. It is actually waterproof, easy to charge, and holds a charge for two to four hours. This is not something one expects from a $150 massager.

I am changing my rating to five stars. I paid $126.

First, the product is the best I have seen on the market. I recommend the company and its products. Customer service answered my questions in a timely and courteous manner.

It is powerful, durable, and easy to use; yet, the large size may be challenging for some. Unfortunately, the motor cuts off and then back on during use. It is not possible for any company to produce a product without ever having any defects.

This prostate massager produces deep rumbly vibes. My experience with Lelo has been good.

Second, the company stands by its warranty. They have been helpful and courteous.
