I suffer with fibromyalgia and get really achey shoulders and a stiff neck. The automatic switch off is programmed to kick in if the cape has been on for 3hrs+. The remote control has a red light which stays on whilst in use and goes off when you turn it off. If you slowly increase the heat level, it doesn’t get hot straightaway, in fact, it gradually increases and decreases in heat when you adjust or turn it off.

To me, I would definitely buy it and recommend it to all of my friends, and anybody who suffers with the cold or fibromyalgia. Pros:- There are 6 heat settings which can be controlled with a really easy slidey control which is situated in the middle of the wire.

The cape is a good size and wraps around easily. I use this heated cosy cape when outside cold and I read books in my favourite armchair,I feel really comfortable. - The blanket warms up soooo nicely. The heated cape cosy,but here is no high temperature,its just warm,so no danger.

If you’re remotely tired and get into the corner of the sofa with this on you will be asleep very quickly. Good value for the money,recomend.
