Loved this book. Everyone needs this book.

It is written in a very-well structured way that helps you tackle specific areas and concerns through fantastic exercises. Often we are left to face stressful situations and conflict all by ourselves and we forget about our well-being and that how the most important asset of our business is ourself! I have learned to heal my body by listening to it.

To listen and feel is to be healthy in so many ways. It has taught me a lot! So many live in stress and this is one book that can help you relieve stress by utilizing many of the techniques within.

Part of my story lives in this book. How I think has much to do with how my body will respond to different situations.
