Extremely pleasant and easy reading. White sheets, illustrations in black and white, contain maps for understanding some chapters and nice-sized fonts. This is such a great way to introduce kids to history.

I'm using it with my 8-year-old daughter and since she doesn't read English yet I read it aloud translating/telling the story. Interesting and compelling writing that leads to great discussions and even more discovery on the topics we read about.
This won’t be a one time read, we’ll be able to revisit it for my younger children as well. A simply sensational book! Super didactic explanation, short chapters and very well explained.
