  • Be careful not to bite through the mouthguard.
  • Immediately place the mouthguard into the hot water for 30 seconds.
  • Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with the spoon.
  • Lick your lips and carefully place the mouthguard into your mouth.
  • Cold running water

I do recommend holding it in for slightly longer than stated though and definitely dropping it straight into ice cold water as soon as you take it out to avoid it misshaping. After 30 seconds, I immediately spat it into the cold water bowl I had ready. It feels good and happy with it. I know there is such a big choice,but I decided to choose this one instead as I founded this move suitable for me.

Suck and bite at the same time for 30 seconds, whilst massaging the outside of the upper jaw, moulding it to the outside of your teeth. However, if you follow the simple instructions they mould into your teeth perfectly as mine did! They were kind enough to send me a replacement set.

In clear blue. I'm glad I did. It stays in my mouth. That one didn't mold so well, fortunately however safejawz contacted me through Amazon.

He likes the fit and comfort but it’s not lasted anywhere near long enough. TIP! I was a bit hesitant to get a first because a lot of people said theirs broke or didn’t mould correctly. How I did it on both occasions.
