It offers great insight into the real guts of 6 & 7 that really ultimately preps you for getting to the point of being able to make amends. I not only recommend, I would say this book should be a program requirement for anyone working the 12 steps of recovery. Both my sponsor and I were so impressed that we reworked everything we traditionally did for those 2 steps around this book. The media could not be loaded.

Doesn’t matter what the substance or issue. Steps 6 & 7 have been difficult.

of my character defects, embracing them and understanding how to let them go most importantly! If you’re in ANY twelve step program then you probably know by now not much (in AA big book, which all programs are directly derived from) is written about step 6, like at all, so this was a quick read that really helped in multiple facets about deepening my knowledge or lack there of. 💕 .
