I like this Creatine as it’s in 5g servings so pretty good scoop when adding to shakes etc, however what I’ve noticed as starting the cycle with more than 5g it doesn’t “melt” dissolve as fast or as much, which is a shame , as downing a shake with gross unflavoured powder isn’t nice. Everyone says I'm bigger so effects are visible after I'd say 2 months depending on your diet and workout routine.

Results are also noticeable with regard to performance in the gym and has no taste, good or bad. So it's micronised and dissolves well but I recommend something like fizzy water as this works really well! I contacted warrior support to return the product and they ghosted me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
