Very happy. It uses 3 x AA batteries (not included) and they last a couple of weeks of heavy use.

But it's such a nice toy, my 15 month old loves it, and even though it says from 18 months I don't see why with adult supervision it wouldn't be suitable to a child 1 year +. . Didn't expect her to love it that much.
