Phone in perfect condition and the seller went above and beyond after a DPD issue. Phone came with a brand new fast charger plug and lead and apart from some tiny amounts of pocket wear on the corners of the case and one slight ding to the bottom left corner case (not screen) (see pic), the phone looks to be in perfect condition. I had some previous bad experiences with acceptable condition phones but this time is different! Took a chance on an S20 5G in 'acceptable condition'.

Very happy, Highly recommend Over and above expectations would absolutely recommend and be using again myself. Have clearly found the holy grail of acceptable condition phones. The best refurbished mobile I have ever purchased, came with one mark on the corner, along with a tiny scratch on the screen, but other than that it's excellent, wife loves it, got great RAM extension, camera is awesome and has fast wireless charging, just a shame it has its usually Samsung apps that eat the battery 🔋
