Update: took a while but someone finally got back to me and they are now sending the missing pieces. Lots of extra surprises which is what you'd expect from playmibil. The box is huge but the house isn't small, just the right size to play with.

Delighted Santa brought it him. now I need to buy him another gift from another company cus I don't like that there are missing pieces. Expensive but Santa got in offer but I think you get a lot for your money. so let's so how quick Playmobil's customer support is.

dropped review down to one star cus their customer service sucks. I'm past the return date because I bought this gift a month before my nephews birthday. no one has gotten back to me about replacing the missing pieces. I'm going to need that mummy ASAP.
