I followed the cleaning directions and the metal bowl piece that popped out would NOT pop back in, because it’s a little rubber hose that goes back in, and it won’t go back in. This thing does everything it says it does and it does it well. It worked incredibly until one week later I tried turning it on and it would turn on. I love this product and the start up gummy mix is on it's way!

I was able to get customer support right away and they replaced my infuser without question. Does what it’s suppose to, infuse, and it’s easy to do. It says in the directions to remove that piece, don’t. I may be a touch overly enthusiastic because I cleaned the extra honey off by hand and tongue & I’m quite blasted but I love my little green machine
