However the one that escaped the freezer was very small and rejected by its mother, so now he is the pet. I tried my hand at getting them into another field, not easy I never knew lambs could jump so high!

Couldn’t put these books down, read all three, what a family. My son is not a farmer but moved to a home with a lot of fields so he is now keeping sheep, only a few but they taste very good and keep the grass short. Amazing book, I have every book by Amanda and have just started reading the first one while away in the Lake District, made it feel so real being in the places the book is about I really enjoyed the book, very different but very interesting.
