Really good CPU water cooler, provides good thermals at low and high loads. Could be better than corsair ones. 7 at 1.

They move more air at lower RPMs, so this is ideal for intake and helps reduce some of the noise my system produces. I didn’t use them. A violent jiggle test ensured the command strips held it firm.

There is good news though and that’s the fact you only need to run CAM once to configure the cooler RGB and pump profile. I sent a ticket to NZXT asking if they'll be able to RMA it, but considering I got it from Amazon, I'm probably out of luck given I didn't purchase the one dollar's worth of insurance for two years.

Those settings are saved to the pump itself and preserved during standby, so CAM does not need to run at startup or have any associated background services running for full-functionality. Picture attached for my ghetto mod.

I realize my issue is partly with Amazon's, but it's also with NZXT whose product failed after a relatively short period of time. The Phanteks Enthoo Pro was not designed to put 140mm fans on the hard drive cages (the holes only fit a 120mm), but from this experience I have to conclude that command strips are a viable mounting mechanism. It is mounted on a GA-Z390 pro mobo with an I9-9900K.
