I fitted one into a double box and it took 10 mins. Sits flush on your wall. Seems good quality.

The fitting screws go deep into the new 4 way making it easy for them to reach through to the old holes. I had 2 live 2 Neutral and 4 earths and they all went into the holes easily. Not too bulky and looks better than extension block
