The 20kg version I purchased comes with 18 removable metal weights, each weighing approx 1. definitely a superb purchase for me👍🏽TaAnt It's really makes a difference. Other than that, I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

5 stars I've got a big head & shoulders but this goes over my head easy and sits comfy. This is hands down the best weighted vest I've seen on Amazon or anywhere else.
