This pan delivers in every front-heavy enough to know it’s good quality , small enough to store. Only drawback is that the handles get *incredibly* hot - silicon protectors are nowhere near sufficient, and you really need a proper pair of thick oven gloves to safely handle it, but that's not really any different from cast iron either, so can't complain too much there. Definitely feels like a solid and useful addition to the kitchen. It’s been the most used pan in the month I’ve been away.

I cannot recommend this pan enough! . Fantastic quality, cleans easily, I put it straight in the sink after cooking and fill with water and washing up liquid and leave to soak. Great to use on an induction hob as well as gas hob.

I bought this pan as, while I love my cast iron skillet, it's a little bit small for cooking for the family, and the routine of keeping it clean and seasoned is a pain at times. Thus is a fantastic purchase, superb fif healthy cooking. Wow, wow, wow, how have I never had one of these before? A pair of oven gloves to move it, no problem.

Very pleased ! That aside this is a fantastic item. Lovely pan good size but unfortunately delivered with 2 scratched areas on the finish see photo. I already have a cast iron pan but wanted a pan with a lid for steam/griddle.

Yes the handles get hot, what do you expect, it’s a pan on a cooker. I have had my eye on these pans for some time after seeing them on social media. Love the stripe / griddle marks you get on your food, it’s like a bbq but inside and without the smoke.

Would advise you to order a pair of the rubber handles along with the pan, as the pan handles heat up to the same temperature as the pan, and could give you a nasty blister. Unable to review further as i havent used it.
