This is not a full review with respect to how this pill is affecting me as an over 50 year old, instead it's a need to put a review comment stating contrary to others that I read before I purchased that stated it was a huge difficult pill to swallow. I will update my review as to the pills claims to help with the over 50s after it's had a few weeks to take effect It is not a miniature pill as it's the size of my small finger nail and coated with an easy swallow coating.
I've had hard too swallow pills purchased from Amazon before and made sure I reviewed as such and this isn't a difficult pill to swallow.
