What I like about this one compared to most other laptop stands is that you can still use the space under the laptop. I am not too worried since the pressure of the lap top will keep it in place, but I hope it doesn't wear off soon.

Attached a photo (left bracket below), because when you insert the metal part into the transparent you can scratch it inside and then seen from the outside. With my Dell XPS 15 which is a laptop that weighs around 4. I will address the bouncing that people are complaining about though. -Two metal legs, which have rubber feet, discreet and cannot be seen, but most vitally it ensures the laptop stand does not mark the surface and remains stable.

I actually chose this particularly stand as I have my old surface pro and my new Razer Blade that I needed to have set up at the same location to switch inputs between. When the pc is not there, it does not stand out too much above the desktop.

The stoppers for the ends of the stand are included in the package, but I almost missed them in the packaging because they are transparent. - One plastic bar which allows the legs to slot intoSuffice it to say, the rubber on the top side provides a slight elevation to the device allowing ample air flow to the vents. I already bought three Griffin Elevator before, two I use myself, one I gave away, and me and the recipient are totally satisfied. Works great for what it is, a nice stand of varying color options to help tidy up your work space.

My only complaint is that my glass/plastic portion got easily scratched from inserting one of the stands. I like its design, just having two brackets on the sides, makes ventilation easier and the laptop coolers better. All in all, a fine addition and would recommend to those who can afford to spend a little extra.

there is "no points" on this. My positive experiences: The design is beautiful and when it is put together and on my desk it is very sturdy. Win Win :)Also, a small but significant point, well that is. Also, one of the rubbers was pealing the moment I got the rod out of the box.
