Moments throughout this were absolutely brutal and I loved every moment of it. Each champion face the choice of breaking the curse once and for all, but this means holding on to rocky alliances with people that are supposed to be enemies.
Protection boundaries have fallen, bringing in mass reporters eager for snippets of gossip, a dead boy now lives, two champions are under death curses and a new champion is thrown into the mix. There's plenty of twists and more heartbreak to keep you clutching the book hard. I loved each of the characters in their own way, and I enjoyed seeing some of the romantic arcs start to come through.
