Millionaire shortbread protein bites, they tastes of caramel and are very chewy, I was kind of disappointed as they had no crisp shortbread layer, see the half bitten picture for the inside. They are bite sized and come in a box of six packets each packet has a resealable strip. It s unlikely that you would resort to these alone for your protein input, but if you did, expect a £730 annual bill - not the most expensive, but also not the cheapest.

Pricing aside, this is a tasty way of getting protein. There is a little bit of a powdery feeling left in the mouth, but it isn’t distasteful. Small bite sized protein bites. They are an ideal way to snack and take on protein at the same time or if you want to slowly load up on protein via snacking throughout the day.

Long story short = £2 per serving. The zip lock bag keeps the contents fresh and any gym bag debris out, so these are ideal for having in your bag and snacking on after your workout. These are not too sweet, have a dense chewy texture with a milky, creamy taste to finish.
) the inconsistency in size does make it hard to work out the calories you have eaten, which isn’t great if you are going calorie controlled, hence the loss of a star. The only thing that really puts me off is the current price of £24 for 6 packs.
Each pack has 10 bites and the recommendation is 5 bites per serving. They are not all sized the same sized pieces (so obviously you dig deep and get the larger ones first! These taste surprisingly good for a protein snack.
Just one or two is fine to stave off any hunger pangs and being protein rich they keep you fuller for longer.
