Though the nutrition information of "providing lutein" is now only 3mg comparing to 6mg on the old packaging. I suppose there's not much different from the original one. It is a very complete amino acids and morals and vitamins.

The packet is good as it tells you the days of the week so it's not hard to follow. 'Before taking Perfectil Max, my hair was very brittle and would split easily. I've been trying Perfectil long time ago and is excellent.
