I wipe it down or use a brillo pad to lightly wipe it. We have also used the air fryer to make roasted cauliflower and fries. I've gotten about 3 uses so far and predominantly on the grill and smoker settings.

If you buy it, you won't regret it. Already bought a small Brisket, going to defrost the pork ribs, get a pork butt and try it all! I got the ok from the management so pulled the trigger as a thank you to myself as a divorce gift.

Second, the woodsmoke button is weird and not intuitive. The griddle plate is also great for cooking breakfast while glamping in that rv. I hope to try the additional features before the summer ends.

You have to enable woodsmoke by pressing the button BEFORE pressing start or it won't ignite. Any meat I have cooked on it has been perfect and has never been dried out or too tuff. I’ll fry them longer, maybe hit them with baking powder and oil for the next time, but I have to make my Buffalo sauce thicker and more robust as well.

For full disclosure, I bought this open box from Amazon. If you love grilling, smoking, any type of outdoor cooking while Camping or at the deer lease or even at your home but don't want the long cook times, grab one of these baby's. That way you can have a cool surface and smoke it convection style with an offset smoker so you can dial in the amount of smoke and temp you want. This thing grills, smokes, bakes, roasts, and air fries all in one.

"WOODFIRE" is a F'ing stupid misleading title for this thing. This grill is the perfect alternative. There are times when I don't want to start smoking until later, or want to cut off the smoke when I think it's had enough, and I really can't do that unless I reset the grill and go through the motions again to get it running with the right settings.
