Good solution! Thankfully not on foot. And I have the option to vary the weight using the panes. I use the handle with a 20 kg squat/ deadlift disc as part of my interval training.

For me, this is a good leg exercise with little effort. My hand width is 10 cm and fits perfectly individually over the rain. That works great. I use the dumbbell by grasping the edge with both hands on the left and right and then tightening it close to the body at chest level and then squat.
