this being the final book of hers, as I read her other two - happy and quiet. I still found it very helpful - easy to read.

I brought his because I saw it in a bookshop and it’s cover and aesthetic really appealed to me - you can definitely judge a book by its cover! It’s the first book I have completed in a long time; I loved the calming, soothing words as Fearn makes her way through all aspects of life to give us her thoughts on dealing with them in a calm way. Lovely book, will pick it up again and give it a second read I’m sure. To put into simple terms - fearne cotton is simply an INSPIRATION.

I'm only a few chapters in but it is so so good. I always felt calm reading this and it’s good to know that you are only human to feel agitated or stressed by some things!
