Even the shoulder rest looks better than the price tag. Word to the wise, to make the tuning pegs grip more firmly, push them in further. After 10 minutes on YouTube I was happily playing twinkle twinkle, little star! I bought this for my Daughter because she wants to learn Violin.

The case offers excellent protection and the wraps are a nice addition given the low price. After a quick YouTube tutorial I had set up the bridge and tuned it. Every other Violin I looked at in our price range was terrible and poor quality.

They say to start the violin early, so I was interested in a value set, but something I could also have a go with. I wasn't aware of rosin, but you run this on the bow in order to produce the sound.

I thought that at this price there maybe corners cut to make the instrument and that it 'Would Do' for a first Violin. As you can see ijn the pics, I have added a Note Guide Sticker to help me learn, but I can get some really cool drone sounds out of it and we have started using it in my band for a couple of pieces. Truly everything you need to get started.
