I read some reviews on here with bad ratings thst the ice packs fall out, but if you get the proper size I can't see how they would as the pockets are tight once your foot it is in. I prefer to have the half pack behind my ankle instead of on my toes.

I ordered the green and black pair at first but unfortunately one of the socks was sewn shut. They stay cold around 20-30 minutes but no longer.

I'm a shoe size 6. Superb product, these cold therapy socks will help to reduce or eliminate nerve damage to my feet during chemotherapy. .

Living with plantar fasciitis isn’t living. That’s just enough so you don’t over ice since 20 minutes is recommended anyway. I've been having swelling in my third trimester and bought these the help. If you wear an 8 once you get your foot into the slot they fit just right unless you’re dealing with swelling.

If you didn't have the full length ice pack in the bottom then you could potentially walk in them. I’ve tried foot spas and foot massages but neither have fully improved the burning ache. Anyway I needed ice therapy.

The ice packs stay in my freezer all day and I ice my feet in the middle of the day and sometimes at night. Along with many other treatments such as stretching, compression socks, night splints, Turmeric , resting and elevating my feet, and new shoe insoles (nothing over $50) I’m two days into taking my life back.
