After receiving the item, I looked at the ingredients list on the box. I suffer with Pompholyx (dyshidrotic eczema) on my hands every summer because of the heat. It isn’t clearing as quickly as a steroid cream might but it’s gradually improving it and means I can finally avoid long term use of steroid creams. Reduces angry red patches left behind due eczema

The E45 Eczema Repair cream contains more ingredients than listed on Amazon and also contains paraffin. E45 should be a bit more honest on their advertising information.

Less itching, fewer blisters and the skin is now healing. I've started to use this cream and it has been amazing so far. This year has been particularly bad. The product itself is ok but I wanted something without paraffin in it.

This is the first non-steroid cream that’s actually clearing up my eczema, rather than just soothing the itch. It’s a great cream and not oily/slimey like other creams can be. I've included a photo of the ingredients listed on the box.

I usually use Hydrocortisone cream but it wasn't working this year. It is quite greasy so can only be used on troublesome spots rather than a general moisturizer.
