Half way through anna's book. It’s so good that I don’t want to pay it forward so I’m buying another copy to gift on. Anna's words are like a blanket that wrap you up and give you great comfort, helping you to realise you are not alone in what you are feeling. To be less harsh on myself and know i’m doing a good job, to treat myself with the same love and respect i show my daughter and tips on how to better improve my relationship with myself!
