The packaging and tube this toothpaste comes in is simply superb. So I’m very happy to recommend and I hope I’ve helped ☺️ I love it. I could actually see this brand in some upmarket hotel bathrooms, it looks that good.

Great price too! At the start of brushing I could definitely taste the strawberries with the mint in the background but this then switches the longer you brush for, with the mint becoming the dominant flavour by the end. My daughter's mouth ulcers seem to be on the mend now, (thankfully), but the toothpaste is obviously not the "miracle cure" and there will be a number of factors involved.

Teeth are whiter and it’s nice to know you’re being kind to the environment. Totally sustainable, recyclable and cruelty free. Beautiful packaging and hygienically sealed. I really liked it but my eldest daughter found the mintiness at the end a bit too strong and much preferred the strawberry opening.

It takes some time getting used to it as is not that foamy but it’s actually pretty nice when you do! It may have helped a bit though.

I think the main selling point of this toothpaste is that it is made from recycled aluminium and it can itself be ‘endlessly recycled’ and also that it’s suitable for vegans. I’ve not used a toothpaste that tastes anything other than mint so it makes a welcome change to try Waken Strawberry & Mint toothpaste. Waken have done a great job with the design and you will almost be proud to show it off in the bathroom. The toothpaste is not very foamy as others on the market which makes me think it contains fewer chemicals.
It has a fairly strong minty flavour but with slight fruity taste and is very pleasant. There is a lack of initial foaming when you brush but I found it wasn't an issue. I picked the strawberry and mint flavour. The toothpaste is a translucent grey when it comes out the tube (I know not the most appealing sounding colour) but it smells great and once on brush and in mouth the flavour profile hits you.
