A USB LED lamp with switch. Instructions for the light alarm clock are. I'm a very heavy sleeper so thats normally quite tricky. In any case, it's going great.

Going into minus is not possible. Cons: You cannot set alarms per day, or it is on, or is off for 7 days a week.

PROS: Good price/quality ratio. You put it all together and plug it in and then plug it into the vibration pad. Conclusion: just right for people who are hard of hearing and now no longer have an alarm clock without hearing aids.

I have it between the mattress and the pillow and it wakes me up perfectly, without any hassles, but firmly. Not yet familiar with sound, it should have 70 to 105 dB.
