Visually that's a strong indicator. The Braun TempleSwipe Forehead Thermometer has a very clear and bright readout on the screen. Easy to use, help me a lot He was premature so this was less invasive than the in ear thermometers.

Price was not a factor. Fits nicely in the hand and love the colour coded feature along side the temperature. I have 5 children so having a thermometer is essential to monitoring them at home, all been well for a couple of weeks until 1 of my children was registering 42 on the thermometer during a cold, i rang for advice as the fever was not responding to medicine, they ended up sending paramedics out who checked my daughters temperature and was 41 so i was hopeful it was coming down until they then checked with mine and was still 42 on mine so mine is not 100% accurate but certainly still worth having so i can monitor the difference, the paramedics said the difference is because I'm checking forehead temperature not in the ear, and even though was showing 1 over it was still showing me that it was way 2 high and my daughter needed medical attention.

This one is not quite the best accuracy for reading temperatures. The Braun Thermometer is a well presented and well documented piece of equipment.

Have to take the batteries out for few minutes and reset itself. Everyone should have one of these in their home as it's for everyone to use not just for babies and children.

Not so keen on having to keep pressing the age button to set it each time it’s switched back on. This is simple to use.
