As I got tense muscules this massager is very useful for me, I got less pain and tense. I think friends and family will be getting one for Christmas or birthday presents. After ten minutes he said he could feel some benefit . I have seen these before at a much higher price .

1 thing I didn't like about it is that cover not washable or replaceable, but anyway 5* product, I'm using it every day and would recommend for everyone to try. I plugged the massager in and placed it behind his back focusing on the lower lumber region of his back . I have used it sitting in the chair and lying on the bed, I particularly enjoy it on the heat setting, it relaxes my muscles and eases the pain, it is so relaxing.
