As a Creation fan, I was pleased to see this release contains all their original 1960s recordings plus later reunion tracks. The Creation were an innovative band who encompassed mod, freakbeat and psychedelia in their short 60s career. I have docked a star because I would have preferred the tracks by pre- Creation band ,The Mark Four, to have been included as they are more representative of the group than the reunion efforts. Favourites like “Making Time”, “Painter Man”, “Can I Join Your Band” and “How Does It Feel to Feel” have never sounded better.
I prefer the sound on this CD as it has the original, powerful 1960s mono mixes produced by Shel Talmy.
