packaged very well and vey straightforward to set up in comparison to other brands of hot tubs. Pleased so far and very affordable Had my cosy spa for a month now and I am so glad I purchased it x it was easy to follow the instructions and set up was really easy x It was easy to set up and there is plenty of room for 4 people.

Changed pipes over and was is fine. We were a bit apprehensive at first due to it being cheaper than most of the other ones on the market but we’ve not been disappointed.

Easy to inflate , once I was given help by friends on how to turn it on , it heated quickly. Comes with a repair kit but hopefully will not need this.

Currently heating up. The media could not be loaded. Point to note when the lcd shows chg (change the filter) you must hold the filter button in for 5 seconds to reset it self. I’m a happy lady
