This under desk keyboard tray is rather strong. I have now inserted a wodge of foam between the desk and the clamp in the hope this might provide extra grip.

Good purchase. ! Now, when I leave my computer, I can simply push the keyboard under the desk, keeping it well-protected from my feline companions. I no longer need a mouse mat, as the surface is conducive to smooth mouse movement.

It is a bit hard to slide indeed. It can hold things up to 5kg. It is pretty to install but you need to make sure the c clamps are facing the right direction.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! It works alright, convenient for desktop keyboard. It would have been much better if the shelf had been completely flat rather than having a curve at the front. Assembly is easy, comes with all the screws and tools needed and you simply need to follow the instructions.

Very sturdy and robust. I'd often find myself holding my keyboard, stretching it onto my lap, or propping it up when I stepped away from my PC, fearing that my cats might wreak havoc. Assembling this keyboard tray was a breeze, and it now provides the perfect solution to my cat-related troubles. A side note: don’t screw the screws too strongly, and if you have a low desk make sure you can rise it a bit at least

In summary, the "BONTEC Under Desk Keyboard Tray" has greatly improved my computer experience by keeping my keyboard safe from my cats and providing a comfortable and functional workspace. On the plus side, it seems strong and durable, though I don't know how long I shall be able to put up with that sloping front. Got this so I can have more space on my (already clogged up) desk. However, this might be a point to consider if you prefer to look at your keys while typing :)
