After enquiring as to why it has to take that long to be refunded I was refunded sooner. A Phone that you can make, and receive, calls on. No need for anything fancy, or expensive, with Caller Display, Answering Machine, or any other of those fancy 'Features' you get on Modern Phones. Only slight issue I observed is the risk of double dialing a digit.

Bought identical phone as loved 1st one that did not work to give it another chance. Took 7 tries to dial a long number the first time I tried the new phone, as you have to release the dial very quickly to prevent the tone being repeated, pulse phones don't need the dexterity, but I am mostly fine with it now, after a couple of days. Love being able to dial a number again, but, please be aware that you have to wait for a digital “beep” after dealing each number.

I would say that the "grey" is definitely more of a slate blue, which I'm glad of because the colour is really nice. I paid for the first one too and got refunded as faulty.
