This was my first book by Mhairi and wow what a book to start with! I highly recommend, just don’t go in thinking it’s purely a Romance read.

A heart breakingly good book that had me shedding quite a few tears. This was such an impactful book and tackled some really hard hitting subjects including, the Death of a loved one, Bereavement and Dementia.

After I'd finished it I did go back and read the first chapter again as I'd assumed something else, I've now concluded this was deliberate and very clever ! It’s so much more than that…. 📕It didn't disappoint! it’s amazing!

Some real laugh out loud moments in a very empatheticly written book. Loved all the musical references - just to my taste. !

However that being said, it was so beautifully written, I just couldn’t put it down! . I loved the friendship group between the four main characters in this book and I enjoyed delving into their backstory’s and the history and evolvement of their friendship! I knew when I read the epigraph and it quoted lyrics from a Pet Shop Boys song that I was going to love this book!
