It helps to ease IBS symptoms by relaxing the muscles in your gut, helping to reduce the muscle spasms that cause pain and discomfort during IBS attacks. The usual dosage is one capsule three times a day, 30 minutes before meals. 2mL. Many clinical studies have proven that Mintec is an effective natural agent for the treatment of the abdominal pain, wind, cramps and spasm associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). This delays the release of the peppermint oil until the capsule reaches the part of the bowel that is causing the symptoms.

How to use

• Have lost your appetite or have lost weight
• Have blood in your stool
• Nutritional supplements may only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
• Have difficulty or pain when passing urine
• 2 ml naturally occurring peppermint oil from the peppermint plant as the active ingredient.
• Keep all medications and supplements out of reach of children.
• Have abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge
• The capsule coating contains methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate-copolymer (1:1), polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol, glycerol monostearate.
