Using the machine is very simple: just clamp on the pads, fill the tank with mineral water (I’ve read that some folks just use filtered water), turn it on, decide which “mode” to use (I have laminate kitchen floors so I use “Light” per instructions), and then begin steaming! The rotating mop heads scrub and steam very well.

I read all reviews and this one had the best. Trying to cut down on the cost of cleaners, create a safe environment for my pets, and create a sanitary floor for my granddaughter has been a huge task UNTIL NOW!
