It is very insightful and knowledgeable, as well as raw and real! Thoughtful quotes throughout the book from both ancient thinkers as well as modern authors have been some of my favorite pages. Leslie Marchand draws upon her various areas of expertise, including clinical social work, yoga, and life coaching to encourage the reader in various practices, from mental exercises that result in written journaling to physical movements that release tension and encourage relaxation. I absolutely love it so far.
