I love it and look forward to making more recipes! for example, I had never caramelized garlic for the 'caramelized garlic tart. ' I wish the instructions were slightly more directive.

So looking forward to cooking from this adored cookbook. We salivated looking through it for the first time, book-marking numerous recipes. The main ingredients in the majority of the recipes include fresh herbs, white cheeses such as feta or goats cheese as well as lemons or limes and yoghurt. Book is great but arrived with a dirty front cover, which is not what you want when spending this much on a book!

The process itself wasn't difficult at all, and I am not someone that cooks often or someone that is completely comfortable with it. like, heat the garlic on high heat until browned, not just the "heat the garlic on high heat for 2 min.

Yesterday I made the stuffed onions and honestly the length he goes to to create them is overkill. I’ve read and heard so many wonderful things about it.

. If you are not a vegetarian like me, then you will still find a lot of the recipes useful to go along side dishes. Still loved it!

Still delicious. I bought this book in 2014 for my husband for Christmas and also have the kindle version of it too.
