Perfect for mom's of multiples! We loved the default modes “sleepwalk through the night” and “coach/support your baby don’t try to fix it for them”. You need consistency, discipline and preferably a partner who supports you (I asked my husband to read certain pages in the book to understand too). I followed the book ( easy to read) to the tee and my twins were sleeping 8hrs by 6 weeks, by 8 weeks they were sleeping 12hrs! He is happy, my energy is back so I can play more/spend more time with him.
